Unlike with Click & Buy your CABAL Account will not be locked into one Moneybookers Account - solving one of the major issues players had with the C & B service. The same rules will however apply to Moneybookers as with Click & Buy. This means you will only be able to make two payments within a 48 hour time period and will have to be above level 40 in order to make a payment.
