Couple of things on Cabal etiquette. First of all, does it exist?
If so, a couple of questions -
When you join a party, is it expected that you will bunch up and slay monsters together, helping each other...or is it standard to run off and do your own killing, trying to add as much as possible to the party bonus? Or does it matter?
Is it taken badly when you join a party and then leave? I mean, we all have things to do, and I like to sell my drops when my inventory is full and continue on with my quests eventually.
Killing other people's monsters seems a bad idea as well. I've helped out when it looks like someone is overwhelmed but I've also had "heroes" come in and just start bashing my foes when I had the matter well in hand. I particularly remember the zombie ape quest. There came along a couple of high level characters that seemed as if they didn't wish for me to kill even a single ape. They started following me around the map, killing everything they could before I could get to it. I assume this is sort of malicious behavior and it wasn't helpful at all.
Are there any kind of guidelines regarding behavior and cooperation in the game that have been posted?
